One of Scotland's top bands, this dynamic band can comprise of up to 5 very talented musicians. The band enjoys a reputation for playing lively music, and has a great style full of lift for Scottish Country dancers.
Ewan is a professional full time accordionist who has performed for the Royal Highland Show on numerous occasions and released a number of very popular CDs. He has broadcast the Scottish Shindig radio programme for over 10 years, and performed for numerous Scottish Country Dance events including the RSCDS St Andrew’s Summer School, various classes and abroad for the Nunspeet weekend. Recently he brought out a book of Scottish Country Dances for the Stagger Inn with accompanying CD.
The Ewan Galloway Band has also performed for the BBC Countryfile team, and broadcast numberous times on BBC Scotland Take the Floor.
